Update or Change your OnePass Password on Windows

In this job aid

Replace your current OnePass password with a new one on a Berklee-issued Windows computer. Changing your password will change it across all OnePass-enabled Berklee sites and services.

You must know your current (or temporary) OnePass password to complete these steps. If you forgot your password and need to reset it, please contact the Service Desk.


 Instructions

If you are completing this process off-campus, you will need to connect to the Berklee network via VPN prior to beginning the steps below.

  1. Visit berklee.onelogin.com

  2. If prompted, sign in with your current OnePass credentials.

  3. Click on your name in the upper-right corner. 

  4. Select Profile.

  1. Select Change Password.

  2. Enter your Current password.

  3. Then, enter a New password.

  1. Press the Update Password button.

  1. To finalize your password reset, lock your computer screen by:

    1. Selecting the Windows icon

    2. Pressing the Power symbol

    3. Clicking Lock

  2. Your new password will now take effect on your Windows computer.
