Starting summer 2026, Berklee will be introducing an new Berklee Universal ID. By fall 2027, all Berklee systems will require the use of this new ID.

Berklee Alumni

You will need your new Berklee Universal ID to access several services available to alumni. For assistance in finding your Berklee Universal ID, contact Alumni Affairs at alumniaffairs@berklee.edu.

Locate your new Berklee Universal ID now and keep it, along with your current ID, in a safe place. This job aid will assist you in locating your new ID.

Instructions

If you started at Berklee during the 2025–2026 academic year, your Berklee Universal ID is printed on the back of your student ID card.

How to Find Your Berklee Universal ID

Follow the steps for your school.

Berklee College of Music, Berklee NYC, and Berklee Valencia Students:

Log in to the MyBerklee Student Self-Service Portal using your OnePass credentials.
From the side menu, navigate to My Profile and select About You.
Your Berklee Universal ID will be listed in your profile details.

Boston Conservatory at Berklee Students:

Log in to the PowerCampus Student Self-Service Portal using your OnePass login.
From the top menu bar, select Berklee Universal ID.

A pop-up window will reveal your Berklee Universal ID.
